One IP shared.
Or one just for you.
Our low-price VPS model uses shared IPv4 with port mapping. Dedicated public IPv4 will be priced separately after an ISP or network provider confirms routable addresses.
Shared IPv4
Multiple Linux VPS customers can share one public IPv4 and use distinct SSH ports. HTTP/HTTPS can be served using hostname routing when the ingress gateway is operational.
- Lower price target
- Unique customer SSH port
- Shared IP reputation
- No unrestricted inbound ports
Dedicated public IPv4
An independently allocated, routable IP is assigned to one customer and tracked in IP inventory. The actual supplier, reverse DNS, monthly fee and supported protocols must be verified before sale.
- Independent public IP
- Custom port exposure subject to policy
- Separately billed network resource
- Not yet available
Why the distinction matters
A shared egress IP does not mean every customer controls it. The current development Proxmox host has private interface addresses and relies on upstream NAT; ordinary public inbound SSH cannot be assumed without a routed gateway or ISP changes.
